Job Overview
nAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Emergency Room Nurse. The position requires candidates to possess hands-on experience and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
n Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment.
Maintain a high standard of nursing practices and patient safety protocols.
n Requirements
n Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
Ability to pass an arrhythmia and medication test on the first day of employment.
Must live at least 75 miles away from the facility.
Must obtain a pending license prior to starting the position.
n Work Schedule
nAvailability for holiday shifts is required, with options for on-call assignments or additional shifts within a specified timeframe. All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission; late requests will not be accommodated.
Attendance Policy
nPlease note that an attendance policy is in effect. More than two missed shifts during a 13-week contract may result in contract review and potential cancellation.
