Number of Beds -40 (145 avg patients daily)
Number of Staff – Approximately 110: RNs, Paramedics, EMTs, Nurse Externs, Unit Secretaries
Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 CNC, 6 RN’s, 2 EMT/Paramedics, Unit Secretary
Mid Shift- 4 Mid Shift RNs, 1 Mid Shift Paramedic, 1 Throughput RN, 1 EMS Coordinator
Night Shift – 1 CNC, 6 RN’s, 2 EMT/Paramedics, Unit Secretary
Patient Ratios – 4:1
Type of equipment – IV Pumps, EKG machines, U/S machines, Belmont, Lifepack, GE Transport Monitors
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-2 years current acute care ED RN experience
BLS, ALS, NIH, PALS, TNCC & ENPC
