nRequirements: - State license - ACLS - BCLS by AHA - PALS - TNCC - ENPC (PREFERRED) - NIH - Level I trauma experience REQUIRED - 2 year minimum experience REQUIRED - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - EPIC charting experience
nResponsibilities:
nnProvide emergency nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department.n
Manage high patient ratios of 1:5-6, potentially up to 8 depending on patient influx and holidays.n
Work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4-week schedule, with flexibility to work 1, 2, or all 3 days.n
Float to Pediatric units as needed and possible.n
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric emergency care.n
