Job Requirements
n Active Texas RN license required; temporary license will not be acceptedn
Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experiencen
Current BLS certificationn
Current ACLS certificationn
Current PALS or ENPC certificationn
Current TNCC certificationn
Current NIHSS certificationn
Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skillsn
Meditech experience preferredn
Responsibilities
n Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced clinical settingn
Support patient assessment, stabilization, triage, and ongoing monitoringn
Assist with critical interventions including conscious sedation, intubations, sepsis care, stroke response, and chest pain evaluationsn
Provide behavioral health watch and support for diverse patient needsn
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)n
Float as needed in accordance with unit guidelinesn
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to promote safe, efficient patient caren
