Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Gainesville, Florida.

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located at a leading academic medical center. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a high-volume Emergency Department, with a focus on trauma and critical care services. The assignment offers valuable experience in a renowned facility and requires flexibility to float across units as needed.
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-Hour Days (7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.), 36 hours per week, variable days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience; recent experience in an academic medical center or Level I/II Trauma Center within the last 12 months; BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications; Florida RN License or Compact RN License at the time of submission.
Preferred Qualifications: TNCC certification.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information:RTO blackout dates: 11/26-11/28, 12/24-12/25, 12/31.
50-Mile Radius Rule: NO LOCALS.
No RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of any new assignment; maximum of 10 days RTO allowed over the entire 13-week contract.
Minimum experience requirement: 3 years in Emergency Department nursing; recent Level I/II Trauma Center experience strongly preferred.
Recent Epic experience must be clearly listed in the submission packet.
No employment gaps greater than 30 days without explanation.
Candidates should review cardiac rhythms before start.
The unit manager interview is required.
