Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Buda, TX. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing clinical judgment and nursing expertise to assess and treat patients. The position requires collaboration within a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during night shifts.
Job Details
Qualifications: RN (Registered Nurse), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certifications; valid Texas RN license; at least 1 year of experience in emergency or acute care settings.
Schedule: Variable days; ; minimum 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include conducting accurate clinical assessments, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, supporting evidence-based practice changes, and creating a compassionate, supportive, and safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
Additional information: The RN will work in a 24/7 hospital inpatient or outpatient department, including procedural areas such as Emergency Department, ICU, or other acute care settings, with clinical judgment and teamwork as core components.
