Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel**Patient Population - Primarily Adults.36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated - please notate upon submission if candidate wants 48 GTD Housing options attached on positions Weekly Orientations. Mid-week starts allowed, excluding Wednesdays.
Requirements:1. MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS2. All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED3. Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult)4. Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates.5. Titers must be from the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)6. Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts. Regional health center217 licensed beds Services include ED, Critical Care, Med/Surg, Acute Rehab, OB, Pediatrics, Cath Lab, Diagnostics & therapeutic radiology, Wound Care, Pain Clinic, Sleep Lab, Pathology & more Ottumwa, IA Fun river town with beautiful trails Video Game Capital of the World Low costs of living General Comments Unit Profile Facility Name: Ottumwa Regional Health Center Floor: ER Trauma Level: Position Information: Facility Department/Cost Center: 780 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN Specialty: ER Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 7A- 7P Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 Weekend Hours: Every other weekend Call Requirements: None Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS Years of Experience: Prefer 2+ in acute care and no first time travelers Float Requirements: Additional Notes: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 17 Patient Ratios: 1:4 (Average 40 visits a day) Equipment: EHR: Meditech Supervisor: Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : All ages Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: ER experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: Travel Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Personality Fit: Required Education: Dress Code: Scrub Color: Any Any
