Soliant Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in National City, California.

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

n nQualifications:
nnActive, unencumbered RN license
nMinimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
nAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
nStrong problem-solving, triage, and critical thinking skills
nAbility to function effectively in high-pressure situations
nExceptional communication and team collaboration skills
n nResponsibilities:
nnDeliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
nTriage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
nCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to implement patient care plans
nDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
nProvide patient and family education and emotional support
nAdhere to evidence-based protocols and facility regulations

n$2,057 - $2,176/WeeknEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
