Number of Beds - 15
Number of Staff -
Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 06:30 - 18:30= 3 RN's, 9am- 6:30pm EMT-P or Nurse Extern
o Night Shift - 5Pm-1am EMT-P and 3 RN's 18:30-06:30
Patient Ratios - 1:4 depending on acuity
Type of equipment - Baxter pumps, Hamilton vents, GE cardiac monitors, Stryker stretchers
EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Compassion, Sense of Urgency, Team player
Skills in rapidly identifying Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke and Trauma
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience with airway management/ventilators
Strong Critical Thinking Skills
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Splinting, wound care, IV-starts, medication admin,
Assessments, Re-assessments, documentation, oversight of EMT-P's
Best personality Fit:
Compassionate Care Giver (non-abrasive)
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS, ALS, TNCC, CPI or equivalent, PALS or ENPC,
Floating Area(s):
We have 5 ER's, typically staffed to core so most likely will not need to float
