Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Tomahawk, WI. This position involves providing emergency nursing care within a hospital setting, including charge nurse responsibilities and charting using EPIC. The role supports a rotating shift schedule, with opportunities to float to related facilities as needed. Job Details Position Description: ER RN with charge nurse responsibilities, working in a hospital emergency department. Certifications, Education, and Experience: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications; Associate Degree or Certificate; 2 years of ER experience. Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Charting experience in EPIC is required. The contract is for 13 weeks starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 01/23/2027. May need to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young, or Eagle River with prescheduled float assignments. On-call during low census hours may be required with on-call pay. Every third weekend and every other holiday are required.
