Job Summary
nEmergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Location: unspecified. This position involves providing expert emergency care within a busy healthcare facility. The ER RN will deliver high-quality patient care, handle diverse emergency cases, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
nJob Details
nnSpecialty: Emergency Room (ER)
nShift: Nights (3x12 hours, ) with scheduling to include every other weekend and holiday requirements as scheduled
nSchedule: Nights, 36 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Valid MD or Compact License, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), minimum of 2 years of experience, and clinical proficiency in trauma, pediatric emergency care, and adult emergency care
nAdditional Information: Experience with ventilated patients, central line care, management of dysrhythmias, and trauma procedures preferred. Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope and accepting assignments with minimal lead time. Compliance with onboarding requirements and certification mandates is essential for start.
nCertifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS required for compliance.
nSubmission: Candidates must be prepared to submit required certification and license documentation within 5 days prior to start.
