Emergency Department (ED) Nurse – Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in an Emergency Department
Required Certifications
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
PALS
Key Skills
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Care of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
Administration of continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors
Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE
Patient triage in a fast-paced ED environment
Work Requirements
Every other weekend (2 weekends per month)
Mandatory floating to other facilities
