Schedule: Mid-shift hours with rotating weekends, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Education verification, Wisconsin (WI) RN Licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and either Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nursing Services (TNS).
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient care, performing assessments, developing care plans, and participating in performance improvement activities.
Additional Information: The role involves critical thinking regarding patient safety, escalation when necessary, and participation in shared governance and peer review processes.
