Required Qualifications — ER Nurse / Emergency Department (ED)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or valid compact RN licensen
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) nursing experiencen
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification requiredn
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferredn
Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts as a travel nursen
Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skillsn
Responsibilities — ER Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Room settingn
Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditionsn
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesn
Administer medications, perform emergency procedures, and monitor patient statusn
Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and efficiently in the medical recordn
Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during critical momentsn
