Job Requirements / Qualifications
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license: New Jersey or compact state acceptedn
Minimum 1 year recent Emergency Room / ER nursing experiencen
BLS (Basic Life Support) requiredn
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferredn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency departmentn
Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills typical of emergency nursesn
Responsibilities
n Provide compassionate, efficient emergency care to patients presenting to the Emergency Departmentn
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in collaboration with the ER team and physiciansn
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered and per protocoln
Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate care as neededn
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely mannern
Participate in rapid response, code blue situations, and other emergency procedures when requiredn
