Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of ED experience with some Pediatrics experience
Travel experience required
Active NY RN License (NURSYS verification required for all RN licenses)
Certifications required: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (TNCC must be in hand)
Epic EMR experience required
Locals accepted (local rate applies for candidates within 75 miles)

Charge nurse capability
Unit Details
Unit: Emergency Department
Beds: 64 (2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych)
Patient population: newborn, pediatrics, adults, geriatric
Common diagnoses: stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure
Specialty equipment: rapid infusor, arctic sun
Floating: required
Block scheduling is not guaranteed
