LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Mesa, Arizona.

· Complete Banner Cover Page (REQUIRED)
· Resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and # of beds listed (REQUIRED)
· ER skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months (REQUIRED)
· Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· Active ACLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· Active BLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· Active PALS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· Active TNCC certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· Driver's License (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
Must have a minimum of 24 months ER experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - (REQUIRED)
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - (REQUIRED)
· No hits on state license to practice - (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - (REQUIRED)
· Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - (REQUIRED)
· Travel experience - (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
JOB COMMENTS: This order requires ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
