Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona.

Minimum Experience Required
n3 years of nursing experience.
Certification Requirements
n Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one (1) year of hire
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one (1) year of hire
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one (1) year of hire
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be completed within six months of hire
Emergency Severity Index Level 5 within three months of hire
Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire
n About the Role
nThe Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments. The role involves working independently to complete assignments while adhering to physicians' orders, standards of care, and nursing policies and procedures.
nResponsibilities include supporting individuals of all ages and their families in various healthcare settings.
