Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California.

Responsibilities
Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care according to established standards.
Assess patients and monitor their clinical condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Care for patients in the assigned unit, including ER hold/Observation patients when floated.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and document patient responses and changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Float to the Observation Unit as required.
Participate in weekend coverage according to the 3 out of 6 requirement.
Requirements
Active California RN License – Required
1 year of nursing experience – Required
First-time travelers accepted
Pending California license not accepted
Ability to float to the Observation Unit/ER Hold patients
Ability to meet the 3 out of 6 weekend requirement
RTO limited to 7 days or less
Ability to wear personal scrubs with no prints
Must be available to start ASAP
