Job description
All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Big Sky, Montana.

Required Skills:
Current Montana RN licensure
American Heart Association BLS certification
American Heart Association ACLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale certification
AHA PALS or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification
Competence in modified primary nursing practices
Minimum of 1 year in emergency or critical care nursing
Strong clinical judgment, patience, and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Tact, discretion, and sensitivity in patient interactions
Additional trauma-related education (minimum 6 hours annually)
Experience with stroke patient care and protocols
Knowledge of hospital policies related to hyper-acute and acute stroke care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Prior experience in emergency or critical care settings
Other Requirements:
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform sustained physical activities such as standing, walking, twisting, and reaching
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and after-hours
On-call availability may be required
Ability to comply with all safety and infection control protocols, including handling bloodborne pathogens and infectious materials
