Job Requirements
n Minimum of 6 years of Emergency Room nursing experience requiredn
Current or very recent triage experience requiredn
Triage training requiredn
Level 1 trauma center experience requiredn
Active Massachusetts RN license requiredn
BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)n
PALS or ENPC requiredn
TNCC requiredn
Epic experience requiredn
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient prioritization skillsn
Responsibilities
n Provide skilled triage and emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needsn
Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support efficient patient flow in a busy Emergency Departmentn
Respond to trauma and complex emergency cases in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Centern
Document patient care accurately in Epicn
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the ED care team to deliver safe, timely treatmentn
Support care in a modern ED featuring fast-track services, behavioral health resources, private treatment rooms, and family-focused spacesn
Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentn
