Requirements
2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications required before start date.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level 2 trauma center with high patient volume.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate teamwork and coaching skills within the emergency department.
Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, including patient safety and documentation standards.
Maintain certifications and stay updated with hospital guidelines and practices.
