ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Clifton Springs, New York.

First time travelers: Accepted
Years of experience: 1 year
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Locals Accepted: No - 75 mile radius.
Certs: ACLS/BLS, NIHSS, PALS required
Charting: EPIC experience is required
Unit Details: 11-bed medical ED with a separate CPEP unit within the ED that is staffed by ED nursing and PCT staff. The CPEP is divided into two distinct spaces: an evaluation space that holds up to 6 patients and an Extended Obs space that holds up to two patients. The unit is staffed with a nurse, PCT, and CPEP BH team at all times if patients are present. Patients are triaged and medically cleared prior to entering the CPEP space. At most, they may require labs/EKG while in this space. Staff typically do 6hrs blocks in this space on days/mids. Nights may do 12 hours in the space. Security posts in ED.
