The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesnresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processnand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or othernemergent critical care areas.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License within the state ofnpractice
Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
CEN certification preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofnpractice
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or statenregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
