TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Middlebury, Vermont.

Facility: UVMHN Porter Medical Center - Middlebury, VT
Assignment: 16 weeks Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of specialty experience.
At least 1 completed travel contract .
Recent Epic experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable).
Must be experienced in both Emergency Department and Med-Surg Tele .
Must float between ED and Med-Surg Tele; Med-Surg ratio 1:5.
Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC equivalency, TNCC, NRP, and NIHSS.
TNCC or proof of scheduled class with application date required in submission packet; NIHSS required before start.
Preferred: Charge experience; rural ED/Critical Access Hospital experience.
Schedule & Other Requirements
Shifts: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-3a, or 7p-7a.
Every other weekend minimum; must work 2 of 4 holidays.
No block scheduling.
Must be willing to accompany patients on ambulance transports when needed.
Reliable transportation required.
Submission Requirements
Complete resume/work history, including facility bed counts, facility type, and EMR.
Explain all employment gaps over 90 days.
All RTO must be submitted upfront.
Rates are tiered by straight-line mileage: Local 50 miles; Radius 51-100 miles; Travel 101+ miles.
