Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Educator
An RN Educator develops and delivers educational programs for nursing staff, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, technologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess educational needs within the organization and create targeted training programs.
Develop curricula, instructional materials, and skill-based competencies for nursing staff.
Provide orientation to new hires and ongoing in-service training for experienced nurses.
Evaluate program effectiveness and update materials as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to integrate evidence-based practices into educational content.
Work Environment:
