Job description
Role:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) providing urgent care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with various illnesses or trauma, recognize life-threatening conditions, and prioritize care through effective triage. Make quick, accurate physical and mental health assessments and deliver decisive treatment.
Qualifications:
Active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and at least 18 months of recent ER experience. Additional certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required.
Skills:
Ability to handle diverse medical emergencies, excellent assessment and decision-making skills, and knowledge of emergency protocols.
Key Duties:
Provide emergency care, evaluate patient needs rapidly, manage trauma and illness cases, and ensure patient stabilization.
