TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Bemidji, Minnesota, 56601!

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) | Every other to every third weekend | No call requirement
Key Responsibilities
Implement the full nursing process — assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems
Perform dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions within the continuum of care
Provide emergency nursing care within a 15-bed ED that includes 4 fast track rooms and 1 triage area
Utilize EPIC and Accudose electronic systems (orientation/training provided)
Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed
Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:4
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ED) experience
Experience in an ED with annual visit volume of approximately 28,000 or higher
BLS certification (AHA) required
ACLS certification (AHA) required
PALS certification (AHA) required
TNCC certification required
Active Minnesota (MN) state RN license required at time of submission
Must reside within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration
Preferred Experience / Skills
Trauma Level III or higher facility experience
Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
