TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in La Porte, Indiana, 46350!

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Travel
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department with 23 beds
Manage a patient ratio of approximately 4–5:1
Float to a sister Emergency Department every third weekend as needed
Operate within a night shift schedule with no on-call requirements
Document and manage patient care using Cerner EMR
Apply de-escalation techniques as required in the emergency care setting
Required Qualifications
Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
De-Escalation Training required
Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Room experience
All required licenses and certifications must be submitted with application or candidate will not be considered
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
Comfort working in a rural hospital environment
