Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all shifts
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or a compact state license that permits practice in Michigan
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting
Familiarity with emergency triage protocols and high-acuity patient management
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in time-sensitive environments
