Job Summary
Endoscopy Lab Nurse, located at the organizations healthcare facility, provides patient care under the supervision of the Unit Director. This role involves supporting endoscopy procedures and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details
Position Description: Under supervision, performs patient care functions as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing and hospital policies. The Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse provides direct supervision during shifts.
Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required; BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred. Current Maine RN license or compact license. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and IV certification. 1-3 years of preferred experience.
Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: If the traveler resides within 50 miles of the facility, a $10/hr decrease will apply. Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation is provided. The organization reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
