Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a travel nursing job in San Luis Obispo, California.

Start Date: 10/05/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Rotating Days | 5×8s
Schedule: M–F; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Call: Required – at least 2×/week + every 3rd weekend
Charting: Epic
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years RNFA experience
3 years scrub & circulate experience in an acute-care facility
Primary spine experience – Required
Orthopedic surgery experience – Required
Robotic surgery experience – Required
Approved RNFA didactic course – Required
CNOR – Required
Current CA RN license – Required
BLS & ACLS – Required
PALS – Preferred
Current Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) – Required
Annual surgeon review – Required
Insurance documentation required
