Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Greenwich, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Home Health Assignment Details Shift: 5x8 Days, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends: Alternating weekends Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Start Date: 2 weeks from offer Requirements Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience within the last year is mandatory. Active license must be in hand at the time of submission. WellSky EMR experience is a plus. Wound care experience is a plus. Experience with on-call duties and phone triage. Reliable, dependable, and professional. Excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills. Compassionate and caring attitude. On-Call Schedule and Expectations On-call coverage is required for 1–2 weeks per month. Weekday hours: 5:30 PM – 8:30 AM. Responsibilities primarily involve phone triage. Home visits during on-call hours are rarely required. Productivity Requirements - Full-time Home Health RNs must meet 30 points per week.
