Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Newcastle, Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Description As a Home Health RN, you will provide essential care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and health. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with guaranteed hours allowing for a consistent work-life balance. You will manage patient cases primarily in Newcastle and Upton, focusing on basic medical, orthopedic, and wound care needs. With on-call responsibilities every two weeks, you will be compensated for time spent assisting patients remotely or in-person as needed.
