Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.

Shift: 12 hours, nights

Employment Type: Travel

Registered Nurse | Night Shift

Schedule: 3×12-hour nights, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.

Weekly Hours: 36

Weekends & Holidays: As needed

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Complete and document assessments, identify risks, and prioritize patient needs.

Administer treatments and monitor patient responses.

Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition.

Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery, and discharge instructions.

Collaborate with the care team and Case Management.

Delegate appropriately and oversee assigned patient care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, and infection reduction.
