Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit, Wyoming: This position provides bedside care for critical care patients in an acute care setting and may also support medical-surgical shifts. The role requires collaboration with another registered nurse, weekend availability, and potential on-call coverage based on census. Job Details Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; 36 hours per week. Weekends are required, and on-call coverage may be required based on census.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience Wyoming or compact Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Additional Information: Provides bedside care for critical care patients in a rural setting and may assist with medical-surgical, emergency department, and postpartum units without assuming a patient load. The position may cover medical-surgical shifts and includes working with another registered nurse.
