Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Alternating Weekends | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Mississippi
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in critical care
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in critical care environments
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in high-acuity situations
