Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, interpreting ECG rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competency requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
AHA BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
AHA ACLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
ICU experience gained within a single location preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
Familiarity with medication safety assessment tools and processes
