Job Title
Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU)

South Weymouth, MA | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients in a critical care setting, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable populations
Perform frequent patient monitoring, assessment, and interventions at a minimum of every one hour or more as clinically indicated
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be on file and current
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience caring for trauma or surgical ICU patient populations
Familiarity with neurological and obstetric critical care patient management
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
