Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

n- Position: Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU)
n- Location: Local applicants preferred (within 75 miles)
n- Required Experience:
n- 2+ years in IMCU/PCU
n- Documented travel nursing experience
n- Certifications:
n- Current AHA BLS
n- Current AHA ACLS
n- NIHSS certification
n- Licenses:
n- Active NY RN license (and all other RN licenses if applicable)
n- NURSYS report and license verification required
n- Skills Checklist:
n- Specialty-specific checklist matching IMCU/PCU
n- EMR Experience:
n- Required experience with EPIC EMR
n- Shift:
n- 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
n- Block scheduling not guaranteed
n- Floating:
n- Required
n- Scrub Color:
n- Navy blue
n- Unit Details:
n- Common diagnoses: Neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post-op)
n- Specialty equipment: Temp pacer, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo
n- Chronic vents (unable to wean); RT available to assist
n- Patient Demographics:
n- Adults (18 years and older)
n- Unit Size:
n- 64 beds (including 15 designated neuro beds)
n- Other Requirements:
n- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at submission
n- Valid driver’s license with address matching resume demographics

nNote: Floating to other units as needed; all required documents must be submitted at the time of application.
Med Ninjas Job ID #17431. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
