Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down / Telemetry (Travel)

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Step Down / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, including continuous telemetry monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the facility's electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Mississippi or compact state equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of Step Down or Telemetry nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
Seclusion and Management of Aggression (SAMA) certification preferred
Prior travel nursing experience in a Step Down or Telemetry setting
