Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years IR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

nQualifications:
nnActive RN license in New York State
nMinimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in Interventional Radiology
nProficient with IR procedures, sterile techniques, and patient assessment
nCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications
nStrong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
nAbility to function effectively within a fast-paced procedural environment
n nSchedule:
nnContract-based assignment
nFlexible work shifts may be available; specifics discussed upon interview
n nResponsibilities:
nnDeliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
nCollaborate and communicate with physicians, technologists, and fellow healthcare staff
nMonitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition before, during, and after procedures
nManage pre-procedure preparations and post-procedure recovery
nMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
nProvide patient and family education regarding procedures and aftercare

n$2,709 - $2,856/WeeknEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
