Quick Glance Position: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts Shift Times: Variable start and end times Call: Required on a regular rotation and as needed Weekends: Occasional on-call coverage Holidays: Required as needed Position Overview The Interventional Radiology RN supports patients undergoing image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessment, preparation, monitoring, medication administration as appropriate, and post-procedure care while collaborating with interventional radiologists and the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Assess and prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures. Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures. Administer medications and provide nursing interventions within scope of practice. Maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support quality patient care. Participate in scheduled call rotation, including occasional weekends and holidays as needed. Must-Have Credentials Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Interventional Radiology nursing experience is beneficial.
