Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AMn
Weekly Hours: 36 hours per weekn
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890n
Job Requirements
n Active RN license in good standingn
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience or related mother/baby experience preferredn
Current BLS certification requiredn
Current ACLS certification requiredn
Current NRP certification requiredn
Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn caren
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environmentn
Mother-baby experience strongly preferredn
Responsibilities
n Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and newbornsn
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and deliveryn
Support newborn assessments, stabilization, and family-centered caren
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomesn
Respond promptly to changing patient conditions using strong critical thinking and clinical judgmentn
Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing processn
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocolsn
