Census? Average patients/day? 1:1, 1:2 (AWHONN standards) 10 beds on the unit.
Minimum Years of Experience required? 2

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM (AWHONN)
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: EPIC
Department specific Equipment:
IV Pump: Baxter
Med dispensing: Omnicell
Fetal Heart Monitors: GE
Unit specific equipment: Novii, Neptune, Bovie, Panda Warmers
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Labor, Gestational DM, Preeclampsia, HTN
Skills required: Care of mother and baby, delivery of baby.
Floating: If yes, where? None
Orientation (facility and unit): NEO, 3 days departmental
Other notes: Scrubs provided on the unit (change in/out upon arrival and leaving).
Parking: Free and on campus
