Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experiencen
Epic experience requiredn
Ability to work the scheduled overnight weekend rotationn
Meets the 50-mile radius rulen
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skillsn
Responsibilities
n Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patientsn
Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and deliveryn
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the maternal care team to support positive patient outcomesn
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriatelyn
Document patient care accurately and maintain organized records in Epicn
Support patients and families with reassurance, education, and bedside support during childbirthn
