Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMn
Schedule: Part-time nights with some weekend rotation; approximately 1 shift per weekn
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130n
Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or obstetrics nursing experience preferredn
Current BLS and ACLS certificationsn
NRP certification preferredn
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shiftn
Flexibility to support weekend rotation and float to other units when neededn
Responsibilities
n Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patientsn
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in conditionn
Assist with admissions, labor support, deliveries, and recovery caren
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to support optimal patient outcomesn
Serve as a helpful team resource and float as needed to the ED and other unitsn
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient-centered caren
