Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Job Summary (List Format):
n
n- Provide nursing care to patients in the Obstetrics (OB) and Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit.
n- Work assigned day or night shifts based on scheduling needs.
n- Serve as the sole L&D nurse on shift, requiring the ability to work independently.
n- Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
n- Administer medications and perform necessary medical interventions as required.
n- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare staff.
n- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
n- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
n- Required certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
n- Preferred certifications: Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
Med Ninjas Job ID #11261. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
