Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience requiredn
Experience working in LDRP and providing antepartum, postpartum, triage, labor, and nursery caren
Strong commitment and reliability for a high-priority backfill assignmentn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environmentn
Responsibilities
n Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout the labor and delivery continuumn
Support patient care across antepartum, postpartum, triage, labor, and nursery settingsn
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive maternal and newborn outcomesn
Monitor patients, assess changes in condition, and respond quickly to clinical needsn
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality caren
Deliver attentive support to patients and families during an important life eventn
