Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,380 - $2,510n

Job Requirements
n Current RN license eligible for submissionn
2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferredn
Postpartum nursing experience preferredn
BLS certification requiredn
NRP certification requiredn
STABLE certification requiredn
Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced OB healthcare settingn
Responsibilities
n Provide compassionate nursing care for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patientsn
Monitor laboring patients with 1:1 ratios during laborn
Support postpartum care with a maximum 3:1 patient ration
Collaborate closely with OB, nursery, and pediatric teammates during night shiftsn
Help maintain smooth unit flow and safe patient care across the OB departmentn
Assist with floating support when the OB/nursery area is closed, including helping with call-light coverage as neededn
Deliver attentive, family-centered care in a supportive and engaged team environmentn
